Well, I agree with that.  It's always out in the boonies.  It's not like aliens visit Manhattan or other crowded population centers.  Clearly the alien agenda is about being reasonably low profile.  A crop circle by the Statue of Liberty, for example, would be interested with lots of eyewitnesses.  Maybe have Lady Liberty holding a book that says Klaatu barada nikto.

Whoes to say that it isn't a new government high tech plane that they are trying out...lol  But seriously, there have been events that have cause humans to build things around the same time all over the world.  It is said that structures like the Piramids, stone henge and other such structures where built because of an event so huge happened in out past.  Yes crop circles may not be formed by aliens but maybe do you thing that a percentage of the people who make them have either had visions or messages so insistent in there sleep that they are compelled to create these patterns.

Any who thought I would just throw that out there to get you all thinking...lol
