Please give pics of left hand also.Assuming your left hand to be similar to right hand, I would say right now you would be facing tough situation in career.Haven't really found the motivation or right direction to follow your path.

hi,
it appears that your early part of career is heldback by your parents and relatives.you will break out of their influence and will be on your own after 28.you will have more name and money upto 35.
after 35 it will take a drastic change of direction with unusual distinction,power,enormous energy,ambition and determination.you will also have plenty of wealth after 50.
even upto 35 also you will have bouts of increased power,gains and successes.your hand also indicates very good education.
all this assumes you are right handed and a firm or elastic palm.
