I am a female , I have a fading mole on the heart line where if you draw an imaginary line from the top of the middle finger right down to the right hand wrist. This mole is  located on the heart line meet the imaginary line. What does this mean ? And also recently I noticed there is a small black dot like mole on the third (lowest phalange) on the same hand. This dot sits above the  lines that separate the middle and lowest phalange of the right index finger. What does this mean?

This dot sits JUST BELOW the  lines in the LOWER PHALANGE that separate the middle and lowest phalange of the right index finger. What does this mean?

Dear Anup20201,

Moles have no mention in Western Palmistry which I follow although on the right side of the body it is beneficial and left side it is harmful. If you have any other questions on palmistry let me know.
