I think you have combined the qualities of bent mercury finger with the defective heart line and even though the person can otherwise express himself very well in matters of emotions he is lacking. Bent mercury finger always increases the shrewdness of the person and more it is bent the more shrewd they become. If this finger is twisted in combination to bent then then he uses shrewdness in a twisted way.

But here I was just talking about the mercury finger and it being curved inwards in all prints. In fact all the fingers are curved inwards too, which is a double confirmation. Such people are unable to share emotions liberally.
Again this kind of bent is not a twisting, so he is not crooked, but obviously he has a strong/prominent mercury

I would suggest the subject (cbruffin) to read "The Laws of Scientific Hand Reading" Page 261 onwards on Mount of Mercury to understand the meaning of this bent mercury finger. Secondly it looks like there is a Girdle of Venus also. So the person becomes very temperamental and again this bent mercury finger could be related to this indication to show his character alongwith that of heart line.
