Dear Friend,
Are you right handed or left handed and which is your right hand and which is your left hand. Are you male or female?
If the top picture of the palm is your active hand then you must be well educated. I cannot see the angle of your thumb with the palm. The narrowness between head and heart line is either suffocation (picture of nails will confirm this) or a person who is narrow in his outlook to life.

Thank you for your input. I am a right handed male and yes the top picture (2.jpg) is my right (active) hand. Picture 1.jpg is my left hand.
