hi,
it means that some person who is not related to you is influencing your career.if it joins your fate line it may indicate marriage and date will be read on fate line.

if influence line is from venus,some relation is influencing your career,

A line coming up from Mount of Moon and joining your fate line will mean a person of the opposite coming into your life, who is normally your life partner, and influencing you. This is highly beneficial for the person on whose palm it appears.
