I'm right handed the right one is the one with the laptop behind it.. and the left one's are the 1st two pics

First of all, you will be assured to know that you have chosen the right career path - you would have made a bad engineer!!
Jokes apart, the head line of your left hand doesnt sustain for any rigorous field of study, and the texture & feel of the palms show that you can do better in the field of art and entertainment.

b) Good thumb in left palm with the fisrt part (phalange) showing positivism
c) Tassled heart line in left hand
d) Good mount of Jupiter
e) A curved line from the Mount of Neptune to the Mount of Mercury in the left palm.

Your left hand is more distinctive than right based on the karmic repository still left based on your previous births, and also because you are still very young which means that by 25 you would be having a couple of more lines in your right hand to substantiate the left.

Nevertheless, based on your left hand, the scenario is promising.

your palm is somewhat enigmatic.  The shape of your hand belongs to a person who is somewhat lazy, while the lines on your hand suggest the opposite, thus it is somewhat enigmatic.  However, the shape gets precedence over lines, thus i would say you somewhat struggle to apply yourself, and may put things off for last minute.  Your line of head has seen remarkable improvement.  This suggests that through life circumstances you were forced to develop your thinking.  This could have manifested as a learning disorder or something of the sorts.  However, it is clear that you have conciously tried to improve your thinking facilities through life.  To me this also suggests that your parents may not be as sharp as you.  You have improved whatever thinking facilities you recieved from them.  I see that you see things a lot clearer now, and in the past there was confusion and the lack of ability to penetrate into matters.
