1..He is searching job in IT industry but donot get any response.When he can get job in IT industry again????

2... Is there any line where he can achieve name and fame eg: IT institue

3. Which gems he can wear for a long time to avoid any obstacles.??

you have not given his age and whether he is right/left handed.

i presume he is right handed.there are no serious problems till 55.temporary financial problems around 33 and 40 years are likely.

problem appears to be the swinging moods.keep it in check by meditation or sports.

Dont worry! Overall the palms of your husband are good.. Just that he is in a bit of mental instability because of his disposition which can be seen clearly from his left hand. THere is a distinct cut on the second part of middle finger in both hands. This means that he will have to do hard work in service to impress his bosses. Let him pray to Lord Hanumanji, He will take good care.
Business will not actually suit him atleast for now. He may try something on own after reaching 48-50. One of the children will be supportive.
The palms are not bad - only that the dasha of Saturn and the debilited Mercury is not working in his favour. I would humbly suggest to do a small shanti pooja if that is not possible to visit any Jyotirlinga place, or if that too is not possible just to meditate on Lord Ram and Godess Sita. You will definitely get a secure a temporary job, and then become permanent; or if He is pleases, He will give you a job in a meduim sized MNC itself. Praying to Lord Ram and Sita will also help in conjugal bliss that is currently a bit disturbed and dependency on wifes' relatives etc will be comletely avoided. Infact, they will do no much good....
