These are the pictures of my right and left palm. I going thru very tough times. Can some say whether there is light at the end of the tunnel and when i can see it? i am a female 36 years old.

You have posted only one palm image. What about the other palm image? Secondly are you lefthanded? If left handed then you find the period from 37/38 onwards favourable for you.
