I have a basic understanding of palmistry. My mum did it professionally before I was born before later deciding it was sac-religious.

Girdle of Venus. Am wondering what it means if two people have identical Girdle of Venus lines, and it looks like in the palms above/below.

Also wondering what shape the palms are. I gather mixed.

Different eyes have different perspective, so I am interested to hear what others have to say.

My mums been telling me the same thing about not wasting time, so there must be some validity to the statement.

Palmistry is an ancient art which must carry some merit. The Greeks used it. They would check maidens wrist and if the had two bracelet lines meaning good vitality then they would be allowed to marry and bear children. If one of the lines was riding up onto the wrist, meaning compromised vitality, then they would be given a place in the temple and not be allowed to have children so long as the sings of weak vitality were present. This prevented weak vitality from being handed down and allowed the stronger genes to thrive. This use of the art of palmistry was effective, as the Greeks had some very strong genes being passed down. Hardly a waste of time when it worked for what it was used for.

I've learned things from studying palmistry and astrology, and the two have also complimented each other. Well much of what I learned I already knew on some level intuitively. It is nice to hear external confirmation of intuition.

Palms are where the mind connects with the world. The lines change as thinking changes/as the energies represented by the lines change. It still helps to have a barometer to tell what energies are present. Exp. I can feel the need to drink water(a higher level) or if I slack on this I can look at my palm and see dry skin and know that I need to drink water.
