1-The lower line of relationship on your left hand extends downward towards the heart line. This indicates trouble in relationship.
2- There’s a very large and clear island on the slant line starting from life line and ends on heart line, this indicates long time worries. A part of this island cuts the head line and leaves a scar on it, indicating that you have been obsessed and worried about these problems. The island starts at around 30. At the end, this line leaves a scar on your heart line indicating that these worries are also about someone you love. This confirms the meaning of the signs in #1.
3-At the starting point of the said slant line on life line (there’s also a pin-pointed spot, indicating that this also affects your daily life), another slanting line dives down towards lunar with a small cross underneath. From that point, this line hooks up and forms untidy signs of troubles and restlessness. You may already have taken some drugs to relieve your worries. At the same point, an influence line inside the life line points towards it, indicating that your family also worries about your problems.
4-A shot, heavy influence line cuts your fate line and leaves a mark on it around 30, indicating that your job might also be in trouble. The fate line starts to fade from this point and stops around 32-35. From now on, you may have to face career drawbacks for 3-5 years.  
All of these are what I predicted from your left hand ( as no transit sign is shown in your right hand). Although it seems to be very tough for you right now but for everybody there are always ups and downs in life. I myself have been passing through bad times in life until now but one day it will definitely pass. Your sun line is still good so your financial status is not effected. You also have signs of owning some properties.
Always look on the brighter side of life. Do the best you can today, that’s all you have to do.

I have read your reply carefully again and again and although the logical reasoning is excellent

What I want to ask is how you explain your reply as all this is in the left palm and all that is taking place is in his subconscious mind? He is negatively affected because of his very poor upbringing. His childhood must have been a nightmare for him.

As for Aliimcs I still say that even thinking of positivity and repeating positive words will help you a lot. It is like this: When you ask your leg to move it moves, when you tell your hand to do certain thing it does. Similarly you tell yourself that you are all right and fine and repeat it again and again. This will drive out the negativity in your mind and you will come out of this easily.

I see that you had become somewhat independent at age 22; and more so at age 24.75. Your career had a few changes/shifts, but your proper carer started 25/26.

From age 28.5 you started having problems affecting your focus in life.

Not to worry it would be over from age 31 (certainly BEFORE) age 32.

Left hand or right hand? This has been the most FAQ for every palmist.
My method is to look at both hands for transit lines+signs. for a right-handed person, transit lines+signs are more frequently appear on left hand. In some cases, they can appear on both hands.
Transit lines are faint lines that emerge independently or project from natal lines at the time of significant events, + or - 7 days. Transit signs appear independently.
All transit lines and signs are very faint, almost impossible to notice with naked eyes and cannot be seen in photograph, except in  very rare cases. I have to use a 3x magnifier and a lamp to see them.
These methods have been taught by my Thai mentor, ' Optimist ' 30 years ago. I do not think that any western palmist know anything about this.
The island can also indicate sickness, respiratory system is possible. I treat this as natal sign but as it leaves a scar(pin-pointed sign) on the head line, it will definitely effects his mind. It might happen to him a long time ago but still worries him till now. As it also leaves a scar on the heart line, at the current time, he is more mentally affected by some kind of trauma about relationship.
The line descending from life line towards lunar represent everything about lunar. Travel is also possible but not in this time of life. It will be/has been a failure and disappointed one for sure. Dr. Arnold Holtzman threat the lunar mount as subconsciousness in the system of body. To me, it will take sometimes to verify that.
The other meaning is the same as via lasciva or hypothenar line by a famous palmist, susceptibility to allergies, drugs, alcohol,etc.
Normally it is a horizontal line on lunar mount by standard palmist. In this case, instead of projecting into lunar, it hooks up with a cross-like sign underneath and ends in a mess.
