A big smile here. I like that in people, non-confirming, and trusting their own views on things.
I earlier mentioned his creativity, I think he would be a great writer or art, but the creativity can also find its outlet in
brainstorming and generating ideas or concepts. If he is in business, he should be the creative-outside-the-box thinker.  
Important that he can express himself creatively. It is very necessary to have such people around, because they can make a difference.

But all added up, his qualities can be used in two ways.
He can motivate and encourage people, and use his natural lead to help, to contribute.
Or he can walk all over them for his own gain, ego and pride.
He is capable of both, which side he chooses is his own choice.
