I'm so sorry my friend, yes emotionally I am having a rather difficult time career...I'm at a crossroads ... and don't know where to turn so yes it's difficult too...

I'm afraid I don't understand the names and position of the lines to be able to know where they are and how they relate to me....as you say I use to be ambitious but now I find that I am in the wrong place but I haven't found where I should be yet

For qualities of Mount of Mercury kindly go through Chapter No.22 posted in the Palmistry Tutorials Section and you will understand. Mount of Mercury relates to extra intelligence, good sixth sense, good business skills, lover of pets and loves to move about with their family.

You can overcome what is lacking in your life by Meditation. All defects in life can be diluted through Meditation. When you pay attention to your pain you will feel pain but when you keep yourself occupied elsewhere and ignore the pain what can pain do to you. Use your positives well and for improving your personal relations do meditation.

One person had all types of diseases and problems. He was the Seniormost Sales Manager/Marketing man well known throughout the country and represented a well known firm. He worked overtime and even on Sundays he would call his staff at his home and work. He said if I remain idol I would die. The day he remained idol even for 1 hour all the diseases which he had kept dormant took away his life as the diseases gained the upper hand. By your positive thoughts you can suppress your negative ones as above.

Parents of a boy of 16 approached me and asked me why does their son not study. I saw the boy's palm and found Mount of Jupiter Depressed and also the Head Line going down towards Moon with a cross on Mount of Saturn. I told the parents if they want to see their child happy just ask him to throw away his books and enjoy life. If you press him for studies he would certainly commit suicide. The parents followed my advise and they are so thankful to me because the boy improved to an extent even I am amazed. First thing I taught this boy how to meditate and told him to meditate 3 times a day for 15 minutes each. He regularly did his exercise. He even came to meet me privately and confided that he made lots of mistakes. How will he improve. I just told him to relax because at his age I made many many mistakes and I have learnt my lessons and you will learn yours too. Even your Dad must have made lots of mistakes.

This boy was totally transformed in 3 months and within 2 years even his Mount of Jupiter has become prominent. He want to study now but knows that cannot be done. He helps his Dad in his business and works for hours together faithfully and sincerely being greatful to his Dad that they allowed him to do what was good for him

Similarly you will change drastically and personal relationship will improve. Just go through the Meditation Forum and read and follow sincerely what interests you most and you are inspired with.

Meditation Exercises

There are four level in which we live. Beta Level where the brain beats between 14 to 21 cycles per seconds and which is our present level when we work. If we shout the cycles will increase to 30/40 or even 50 showing disturbance in the brain.

Then the second is Alpha Level which is between 7 to 14 cycles per second.

Third is Theta Level in which the brain beats between 4 to 7 cycles per second.

And the last is Delta Level where the brain beats between 1 to 4 cycles per second.

Sanyasis go low down to Theta Level and appear almost at sleep while meditating while being fully in command of themselves. When we go to sleep the we go from Beta level to Alpha Level to Theta Level and then to Delta Level and again come back to Beta Level the same way. A Sleep consists of 90 minutes. Hence if you happen to get up at the end of 90 minutes exact you feel very refreshed. But sometimes people sleep for 11 to 12 hours and get up in between the sleep cycle without completing it and hence we feel as if we have not had enough sleep.

Now as we go from Beta Level to Alpha Level we reach a stage where the thoughts are subdued and we feel peaceful, blissful and happy. The Brain is calm, mind and thoughts are under control, we can then do anything good to anyone in this world. I repeat ANYTHING GOOD TO ANYONE IN THIS WORLD. You can heal any person of any disease -- I REPEAT ANY DISEASE -- God gives you so much strength at this Level that it is like a miracle when you start healing persons with Cancer, Aids and what not. When you reach this level and make affirmations that I shall get up at 3 a.m. in the morning then even if the Sleep Cycle is not completed your mind adjusts because of the instructions received by it by a Brain at Alpha Level. Hence you automatically wake up at that time and this has been practised by me so many times. It is a wonderful experience.

IN the Guiness Book of Records one man has hot melted iron poured over his tongue at a very high degree heat. Nothing happens to him. But when he bends downwards and pours out that iron it burns hole in the wood and even the flooring. Why nothing happens to him he was asked. He immediately said that he had practised going to Alpha Level regularly and reached a state where he can go to that level as and when required.

Now to reach this Alpha Level first thing required is Mental House Cleaning where all the unwanted thoughts should be cleared, Love for Humanity, you should wipe out hatred. At least you should move in this positive direction to be able to meditate. The atmosphere required to meditate is generally available late in the night or early in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon.

Once an Australian Cricket -- Mathew Hayden -- was asked how he was so successful in getting such high scores and he was also the holder of record 376 runs having beaten Brian Lara's record then. He replied he meditated before coming to the pitch for batting.

The benefits of meditating is endless. You can choose your girl friend or boy friend if you have many to decide whom to marry, you can choose your career, you can programme yourself to earn more money and so many other things. The list is endless.

Initially it is difficult to meditate but as you practise daily it becomes very easy.
