Hi,
I am not able to decide whether your hand is conical or spatulate in the absence of full picture.i presume it is spatulate.this will be a hand of originality and invention.it indicates a nature restless and excitable but full of energy of purpose and enthusiasm.
it has intense love of action,energy and independence..the originality will be in the domain of ideas.however the straight head line also adds practicality to the nature.
The head line attached to life line gives cautiousness and extra sensitivity resulting in want of confidence
The life line indicates bad health upto 35 years but this is not confirmed by the left hand and hence not serious.
