Dear Friend,

Your mind is not fixed because of number of lines criss crossing here and there. This has the effect of various electrical wires criss crossing and hence short circuit is the result. You have to take one stance only. For this u have to learn how to control the mind.

Try this exercise: Close your eyes. Count from 100 to 1 very very fast in the reverse like 100, 99, 98 ,97 etc. etc. When u count in reverse fast  the mind is not able to wander here and there easily. You will miss the counting, then start again from 100 or from where u thought u have missed. It should be very fast. Does not matter if u blunder 3/4 times. Gradually your mind will know that it has no choice but to follow you.

Second Exercise: Close ur eyes and take a Deep Breath inside and hold it. This is Pranayam. When u take a Deep Breath there will be some sort of pain between two eyes little above. Automatically as is the habit with the mind it will rush there at pain and stay there for sometime. It is like this: If there is something very interesting or gossiping going on the mind rushes to it and when there is pain between the eyes the mind will automatically rush to that spot. Do this 3 times at a stretch.

Third Exercise: Look ahead. Roll your eye balls upwards at 45 degrees angle or even more if possible. Keep looking as long as possible till it pains and even tears roll down your eyes. Then close the eyelids. There will be pain in the eyes and just above it.  Again the mind will rush there.

This way you are trying to control your mind and when the mind knows you are the master it will start obeying you and u will feel immediate relief. You will feel relaxed and gradually become calm and tranquill. Follow These exercises. The Counting exercise also to be done 3 times. All the three exercises will take maximum 15 minutes. This is to be done 3 times a day just like u take medicine 3 times a day. Then tell me how u feel.

Sir, I am trying this from Yesterday night, but the Pranayama I haven't tried yet. I just had one calrification about it, when u breath in should the stomach go inside & then outside when u leave the breath or vice versa, I don't know which is the right way, for either pranayama or for regualr breathing. Plz enlighten me on this one.

Dear Friend,

Have tried the reverse counting? If so how do u feel after it. And what about the third exercise.  As for Pranayama when u breathe in the lungs take in air and the chest expands. Stomach does not take in the air and should not expand.

Tell me how u feel even after u have done the other 2 exercises.

The mind was a bit clam & silent actually, I was surprised to see my mind so silent. LOL. But yes my eyes & my head ached like hell, worse then Hell after I did both of them.

Thanx for the advice on the Paranyama, & How long should I hold my breath? & when u said 3 times, did u mean three times a day or three times per sitting?

Dear Friend,

Initially u do Pranayama 3 times per sitting and repeat this 3 times a day. Hold ur breathe as long as u can comfortably do it. Gradually u will be able to hold ur breathe for 1 minute too easily as u will become habituated. I normally recite Gayatri Mantar 3 times while holding the breathe and some people recite 5 times and still feel comfortable. Secondly if it pains that means the mind will rest there itself and will be under ur control. Mind will not run riot.

One can eat only limited food for overeating will cause problems in the stomach but meditation, pranayama are such that u may do it 24 hours a day if u r comfortable. It all depends on u how much time u can give it.

If u can meditate for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour late in the evening or late in the night that would be best as then u will be one with the GOD.


So u see how much timeu can do it. One thing is sure. Once u do this u do nothave worry about fate, career, numerology, tarrot reading. This is because u will be at a much higher level than ordinary human being.
