This is the third Mount after Jupitor and Saturn and this is the pleasant type of person. They have no criminal tendencies inherent in them. As single signs star, triangle circule, single vertical line, square or trident strengthens the Mount of Apollo.

The cross bar, grille, cross, island or dot show defects of the Mount either of health or character.

Apollonian are the direct opposite of that gloomy Saturnian fellow. He is versatile, brilliant, artistic in everything, love of the beautiful etc.etc. He is over enthusiastic. Apollonian are different from Saturnian and Jupitorian people as they always see the bright side life and seek besides work, play and diversion. They may or maynot create art but they do love art. For him to have artistic talents he must have finely developed Mount, apex in the centre, finger long, first phalanx long, and a fine, deep cut Line of Apollo often with stars on it.

He is richly endowed with graces which draw people to him, and with his naturla brilliancy and versatility he adapts himself to the conditions of the times, the demands of the public, chooses his goods with a tasteful eye, and makes money thereby. The subject is found strongly marked with a high Mount, apex in the centre, but not necessarily cut with deep lines; if there are any such, you will find a secondary, Mercurian development to accentuate the business shrewdness. With the Apollonian it is necessary, above all, to distinguish these two classes, -- those capable of creative power in art, and those who are mere lovers of the beautiful and tasteful things of life.

Mount of Apollo is also called the Mount of Sun and the Line on the Mount as Line of Sun or of Brilliancy. The line of Sun/Apollo guarantees wealth and fame. The minimum effect of Line of Apollo is that he is protected by the Sun and hence even in difficult situation he lives happily and self contented and in case of any dispute or enemies he is the winner always. This is my personal observation.

Apollonian is an allrounder for he has superficial knowledge of almost everything and in any company he is the centre of attraction. He does not labor to learn and in any company, from the seeming depth of his knowledge and research, is a surprise. He is versatile and inventive as well as an imitator and can put old things in new ways.

He will with equal facility and without thought or preparation, join a body of socialists, artists, anarchists, doctors, lawyers, or any profession or class, and will astonish those present with his seeming mastery of the particular subject. His versatility and adaptability are astonishing and briliant is the only word that fitly describes him.

He sparkles with intuition and seems to learn without sutdy. He is the hero of the athletic field, the daring and successful plunger either in the stock market or at the gaming table. Lack of beauty repulses him. If he has short nails he is the critic. He adores art in every form, loves fine clothes, luxurioius home surroundings, and jewels.

He is proficient in occult sciences, and does some wonderful things. He is cheerful, happy, and bright, and though he is subject to bursts of quick temper which are fierce while they last, it is only a momentary flash, and heholds no resentment.

There is a bad type of Apollonian. In it you find the markings of Mount and finger strong enough to show you that the subject is of this type, but you find a thick third phalanx, short first, crooked finger with short nails, hard consistency, no flexibility, or with other indications showing a decrease of the mentality and fineness of the type. Then the subejct will be undersized, with common features, none of the beauty of the best type. Such a person is fond of show and display (the material world rules) and with the extravagance of the type present without his brilliant way of money-making, he will be improvident and poor.

The health difficulties of the Apollonian is heart trouble indicated by the heart disease nail, islands on the heart line, dots and cross bars, cuts in the line, chains, stars, or anything that is a defect of the line and then at the Life line for some sign of delicacy there. Cross bars on the mount is also a health defect and indicates heart trouble. Apollonian have weak eyes and for this a small dot or small island is found on the Head Line under the Mount.
