We dont see star or black spot at marriage line usually , even though its very common to be widow or widower coz its rare that both husband and wife die simultaneously.One of the most common sign of widowood is slant of marriage line downwards towards heart line.a long slant will show longer duration of sickness or trouble before death of the spouse.
But this is more of a traditional interpretation of this line, there r few other interpretation for this line also.

All the traditional readings are there in books but I have neverhad any confirmation of the same. The most reliable interpretation would be the slanting marriage line with disturbance in Fate Line in case of women and that too Indian Women as they are more sentimental. I cannot for sure about the women of Western countries who are more professional.

But this is sumthing very common to found in any hand .A Slanting marriage line with disturbance in fate line.Disturbance in fate line can be due to many reasons. Same is true for slant in marriage line also but adding a fate line to slant in marriage line is sumthing which i personally not able to correlate.Can please explain more about it.

Slanting Marriage Line is found in at least 15 to 20% of the hands. If in a woman's case even without a slanting marriage line, the fate line discontinues for some period you can be sure of disturbed married life if she is married and even in case of disturbance in fate line, trouble in marrired life. If she is not married and before marriage and living with her parents then problems with her parents as this affects the Indian Women. Western Women are mostly practical and hence it does not affect them so much and the institution of marriage is more sacred over here. If with this the life line is also cut at about that period then the confirmation is certain.

I have seen women divorced with disturbance in fate line alone. In fact stopping of fate line for some period will also indicate in certain cases divorce. At least I have seen quite a few women with this indication. Traditional indications given in books are rarely found. At least I have never found in a single case after having read hands of over 50,000 persons. Even in case of Divorce (traditional reading) the problem should be with the marriage line and a line coming from inside the Mount of Venus and going right across to the marriage line and cutting it. I have seen only one  woman to have this indication but in several cases it is just the fate line stoppage and severe disturbance that affects her personal/married life.

If the women by that age is not divorced then the adjustment part of the women will make her bear the consequences and she may survive it but for that the thumb has to bend back considerably. In case of 2 women I saw the Independent Head Line with a stiff thumb and her fate line being cut with another fate line coming from Mount of Moon, the cut showing the year of her divorce. The reasoning is (Does ot matter if it is a male) the stubbornt and independent nature of the person having this indication will not adjust with his/her partner.

If you have any other experience do let me know. Everyone has his experiences and I have not seen quite a few type of hands which are found in books.
