You will next ask broken heart line under Mercury Finger so I give you a general method of finding the answer. Saturnian Qualities affect the heart line and the person may have depression (quality of Saturn mount), other health defects are Rheumatism, Arthritis, Paralysis etc. Rheumatism and Arthritis should not affect the heart line but Depression will affect the heart line and as for paralysis I think you better consult a Doctor for that.

Broken heart line under mercury finger will be the result of mercurian affect.
