Dear Itsjustme,
When you cross 21 you ask this question again if you still have that indication and you have to post your palms. Not before 21 as thoughts go on changing till you reach 21 and then it will stabelise and lines will also stabelise.

Artist qualities can show up on the palm but it is not exactly clear to determine which particular art is best suited.
The best question to ask is which are you most excited about or is most captivating for you.
Sketching is generally a solitary activity, so if you have some whirls on your finger tips then you may be suited for a solitary job like sketching.
I imagine you could find some balance between the two. Sketching can be a good wind down activity, and acting could be quite stimulating.
