does the fork always mean divorce, or there are many other things related to it. because i always thought that fork mean divorce.

If the direction of the fork(provided its at the end of the union or marriage line) is towards the palm,only then it means seperation or divorce,otherwise it indicates a temorary tension in the maritial relations.

I think I have written many times before and I still say fork in relationship line will not mean divorce unless it is confirmed elsewhere like say on fate/sun/life line. You might even see the confirmation in head or heart line. I always get the confirmation in a woman's palm in the fate line most of the time.

If there is no confirmation then it only means differences of opinion which brings tension more than usual to the person who is having it.
