This may seem like a stupid question, but I have often wondered what are the signs that indicate high degrees of self-gratification in the form of manual stimulation.  Bear with me. I am trying to avoid prurience.

Is it a high mount of venus with grilles? girdle of venus? Also, wouldn't there be a drastic change in the pressure areas of the hand, ultimately altering significant lines and mounts?

Psychologically, an addiction of this nature is indicative of a lack of intimacy and social skills.
