Mr. Shahid,
First of all there is no reference of Fish in Western Palmistry and what I see, though it is not clear, it looks like 4 squares. First please read Palmistry Lessons Chapter on "What Lines are for" Page No.354 where it is explained the general principles of Lines. In short vertical lines are positive, horizontal influence lines impede the progress of vertical lines. This is true excepting where main lines are involved in cutting each other.
Read that Chapter carefully and maybe you will get an answer to what you are asking. Again post both the palms photograph vertically so that I can read them.
Another thing just one positive indication in palm will not make all the difference. It has to have corresponding positive indication elsewhere for confirmation. If you have a Sun Line but you are very sensitive and of a worriful nature then it won't elevate you so high as a Sun Line with good head, fate, life and heart line.
You should post your palm prints in the Palmistry Reading Forum.

A fish should have a tail. The tail cannot be seen here.
Maybe A.K. Singhalji can comment better.
