Firstly, am not a professional or anything...but have read quite a few palms Here we go...stars on jupitar mount(under index finger) means great heights in spirituality....i have a tiny one in both my palms. A star on sun mount means stardom....public figure-type of thing...i have seen many hollywood actresses and other famous ppl having this distinct mark. Star usually is a good sign...except when found on mount of saturn(under middle finger).....there it signifies violence...or temperment issues...some say morbid fascinations.
Hope this helps. I don't know wot it means to have star on a line...!!

Dear Friend,
Stars on any Mount will enhance the quality of that Mount excepting Mount Saturn. Even on Mount of Moon if there are negative influence lines even touching the Star it will be a setback. So where do you have a star? On Line of Fate it is a negative indication for it brings setback in one's life financially. Star at the end of the Head line could also cause electrical explosion in the head as written by W.G.Benham. Star on the Heart Line depends if there is a health problem with the person. One of my relatives has a Star on Heart Line at 56 age. I told him long time back that he will have problems with his Heart at that age.
For all Health problems confirmations has to be found on the nails or the ridges of the palm. But if you have a star touching an important line then I believe it is beneficial.

6.mount of luna:distinction through imaginative faculties
line of head ending in star on luna:mental instability due to dreams and imagination.
7.mount of venus:extraordinary success in love.
side of mount:affairs with people who have great success in love.
8:on outer phalanges of fingers:good fortune.
first phalange of thumb:success through will power.
9:on the main lines:it has to be read in conjunction with other indications on the hand.
