Hi,
In the images, the hand that shows two fate lines is the person's right hand. This person says that she writes with her right hand. And she has noticed influence lines changes in both hands. But mostly in the right hand.

This hand has too many lines. But they were hard to see in a scan. Hence this is an Ink print to study what is going on overall on the mounts.

I would like all the guru's to study this hand...
The person wants to know about quality and timing of marriage, is it a loving successful marriage? her status after marriage.
She is wanting to know when she will travel,
Her career is blooming, yet she needs more details...as to how far she can go.

When i looked at the marriage lines... one thing that i didn't understand. On her right hand out of two lines one is longer. The longer one branches one branch curves up yet other branches curve slightly down. But on her left hand, there are a few lines yet... the longest line is interlaced with another long line. You cannot see it in the images since the interlace is in the corner of the palm.
One of the interlaced lines attaches with health lines yet the other curves down.

On the right hand...There is a offshoot from the life line to the apollo mount crossing the heart line. There is an influence line from Upper luna/ mars area reaching her heart line...
These lines are beyond my understanding...

It would have been better if you had posted the images vertically as I have to strain by neck to see them. Please do so. Also mention which is left and which is right hand. I do not find any line going up from Life Line to Mount of Apollo. In case it does so then the person has to be artistic taking the qualities of the Mount of Apollo. If an influence comes from the Upper Mount of Mars and goes towards the Heart Line then it shows perseverance to gain love and affection and fame. One very famous surgeon in India who got the highest President Award in India has this line but going right upto the Apollo Finger from the Upper Mount of Mars showing recognition and fame in his field from sheer perseverace. This Surgeon had performed number of operations (he is a heart surgeon) free for those who cannot afford it.

So post the prints upright and ask me specific questions. It cannot be told when a person will travel unless there is strong indication in the palm.

Again I cannot see the relationship lines clearly. The principle of reading these lines are that any line going up towards the Mount of Apollo will bring in her life a life partner or friend of higher status and fame. Line going downward or curving downwards will bring problems in affections or her partner will outlive her.

The relationship lines are tricky to scan... the branches are very dim to scan. It's forked...The upward branch points towards apollo but doesn't reach it. And the other branch curves down.
But there is a line on the right hand side. originating from negative mars or upper luna area that joins the heart line... what does that mean?
and the line that joins the apollo on the right hand is an offshoot from life line.

There are some crosses on the jupiter mount.. one is high up... at some angle it looks like a incomplete square... i will get a better scan of the jupiter mount..later

Sorry your right is the left hand of the person...and your left is the right hand of the person
