Yes. Shows a person who is very soft hearted, feels sensitiveness deeply, that being the effect of the softness of the palm.
Regarding the sweaty hand is not a good thing. Shows a health problem affecting the mind, due to electrolyte imbalance.,showing nervousness. You should be worthy of trust. Many people do not sometimes even trust themselves.

I have seen excess bile secretions and stomach and or thyroid problems in such cases. These corrected, your life will improve.
