The Line of Heart:

The line runs across the upper portion of the hand at the base of the mounts of Jupiter,Saturn,The Sun,and the Mercury.


1.Rising from the Middle of Mount of Jupiter:Highest type of love,firm,strong and reliable in affections;lesser number of love affairs.(Fig.20,d-d).
When line rises from Mount of Jupiter or the finger itself:Excess of above qualities;sufferers in the world of affections if their idol fails.(Fig.20,e-e).

2.Rising between the first and second fingers:Calm,but deeper nature in matters of love(fig.20,f-f);quieter and more subdued in their passions.

3.Rising from the centre of Mount of Saturn:More passion in attachments;selfish;never expressive or demonstrative.rising from finger of saturn,far more passionate and sensual.

Excess Line of Heart running across the hand from side to side:Excess of affection;jealousy.

Fretted by a crowd of little lines rising to it:inconstancy,flirtations,no lasting affection.(Fig.20).

Line from Saturn,chained and broad:utter contempt for opposite sex.

Bright and red:great violence of passion.

Pale and broad:indifferent.

Low down closer to Line of Head:Heart will interfere with affairs of head.

High on hand narrowed by Line of Head:Head will rule affections;hard,cold nature,envious and uncharitable.

Breaks:Disappointment in affections.under Saturn brought by about fatality;under Sun,through pride;under Mercury.through folly and caprice.

Line commences with a fork from Mount of Jupiter:True,honest nature and enthusiasm in love.(Fig,16,j-j).

Commencing high on hand:happiest nature.

Commencing low on hand:unhappiness in affections during early life.

Forked line,one branch on Jupiter and other between first and second fingers:happy,tranquil nature,good fortune and happiness in affection.

Wide fork one resting on Jupiter,other on Saturn:Very uncertain disposition,unhappy marital relations through erratic temperament

Line bare of branches and thin:coldness of heart and want of affection.

Bare and thin towards side of hand:sterility.

Fine lines rising upto Line of Heart from Line of Head:denote those who influence our thoughts in affairs of heart;if crossed,bring trouble;if uncrossed,affection has been smooth and fortunate.

Lines of Heart,Head and Life joined together:evil sign;obtains his affections by hook or crook.

No Line of Heart:No power of feeling deep affection;sensual if hand is soft.

Line has faded out:terrible disappointments in affection;cold heartless and indifferent.[img][/img]
