Is it from Language of the hand by Cheiro? If you take a photo of the palm it could be clearer. If you took it from elsewhere that is.

Namaskaar Rahul ji,
The image is a print (like we studied in the good old days before the scanner and the digital camera or even the mobile phone days) taken with ink and paper.

It is from an interesting website on dermatoglyphics.

Its great to know you are great.
It is from the Language of the palm as I thought, but its not clear enough for readers to study it, though it could be good to study psychological factors.
I will give some comments on it as I see it. It makes our brain more refreshed!?
