Hi
I have recently started studying Palmistry, but have come across certain lines which I am not able to interpret and instances of known lines of such position i dont know what it means.
1. Under the Index finger, on the Mount of Jupiter, there are small lines coming from the side into the mount. These lines are similar to the Marriage lines that appear on the mount of mercury, above the heart line. But the lines in question are above the starting of the Life and Head Line (these are twined together under the mount of Jupiter and break into 2 lines once they come under the Mount of Saturn). Further on of the lines mentioned above, cuts into what appears like a Cross on the Mount of Jupiter.
I have not been able to find what these lines mean and what their significance is.
2. The Hand I was analysing, had a Heart Line Starting from the percussion (little more than half an inch below the little finger) and continuing on till it was right below the middle finger, wherein it forked into two. One moved on (it becomes thinner with small overlapping breaks) under the Index finger and stops below the mount of Jupiter. The Second fork moves upwards and remains thick as the rest of the Heart Line, and stops right at the mount of Saturn.
Further to confuse, was the Fate Line, which started with a cross about an inch above the wrist, to go straight upwards cutting the Head Line in half and meeting the Heart Line just at the fork, making it appear as if it was the fate line moving up into the Mount of Saturn instead of the Fork of the Line of Heart.
How would you say I should read the above instance and would I need to analyse the same considering the strength of the other lines. Both Instances mentioned above appeared on the same hand.
The Life Line in the above hand, as mentioned is intertwined with the Line of Head at the beginning a then moves on to curve the Mount of Venus ending in a fork at the wrist. THe Head Line splits from the life line after the mount of Jupiter and after the Mount of Saturn slopes downwards (increasing the distance between the Head and Heart Lines) to end just between the mounts of Moon and Mars, below the little finger.
I have been referring the book on Palmistry by COMTE C De Saint Germain. I would appreciate if some one can assist me on how the above lines are to be interpreted and also recommend any other books on Palmistry that are good.
Thank you
