Three Fold Law

It’s a well known Wiccan concept, which says “You are responsible for what you do”. If you do well or good then the goodness returns three fold. And also says that however if you do harm then that returns three fold as well.

This is what usually refers to Bad Karma in Hinduism. Which also applies to our daily life.

"Don't do unto others what you don't want to be done unto you."

This law applies to everyone, and is especially acknowledged by all who are Pagan, including Witches and Wiccan's.  This law goes along with "Harm None" which also includes "Yourself".   "Harm None, not even yourself"  That which you send out into the universe will come back to you, be it positive or negative.

If you send out something bad, only bad will become of it.
then expect it to come back 3 time worse
like something evil or a curse

but If you send out good then only good will become of it.
like healing, love, and kindness.

It does not matter how it is said, but to know the meaning behind it.
whether it be Witch, Wicca, Druidic, Bard, Hinduism, Christian, Buddism.
They all have their own words to the same meaning

The Wiccan Rede "An it harm none, do what ye will."

"Don't do unto others what you don't want to be done unto you."

The Rule of Three (also threefold law or law of return) is a tenet of Wicca. claiming that whatever energy a person puts out into the world, be it positive or negative, will be returned to that person three times. John J. Coughlin states that " . . . there is a literal reward or punishment tied to one's actions, particularly when it comes to working magic," and that "there are many Wiccans, experienced and new alike, who view the Law of Return as an over-elaboration on the Wiccan Rede." The Rule of Three has been compared by Karl Lembke to other ethics of reciprocity, such as the concept of karma in Dharmic religions and the Christian edict, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" (Matthew 7:12), also called the "Golden Rule."

One version of the Law is written: "Ever mind the Rule of Three, three times what thou givest returns to thee, this lesson well, thou must learn, thee only gets what thou dost earn."[citation needed]

The Rule of Three has its prototype in a piece of Wiccan liturgy which first appeared in print in Gerald Gardner's 1949 novel High Magic's Aid:[1][2]
'Thou hast obeyed the Law. But mark well, when thou receivest good, so equally art bound to return good threefold.' (For this is the joke in witchcraft, the witch knows, though the initiate does not, that she will get three times what she gave, so she does not strike hard.)

During the next few decades, many other Wiccan religious leaders articulated some form of the Rule.[citation needed] The first published reference to the Rule of Three as a general ethical principle may be from Raymond Buckland, in a 1968 article for Beyond magazine.[3]

Belief in the Rule of Three is not universal among Wiccans, some of whom believe that it is a modern innovation based on Christian morality.[4][5]

The Rule of Three appears in an expanded form as a poem of 26 couplets titled "Rede of the Wiccae", published by Gwen Thompson in 1975 in Green Egg vol. 8, no. 69[6] and attributed to her grandmother Adriana Porter.[7][8]
