Hi there,

I participated in a yoga course in January 2007, an intense 4 week Teacher Training Course called Atma Yoga, the teacher was Atmananda Das from Los Angeles.

I learned Internal Dialogue there and talked with the mind for the first time in a conscious way, by applying this and using mantra's and meditation I discovered a whole new world inside, the mind.

For example, when we did this the first time, I had a genuine inner vision accompanied by thoughts that weren't mine, I asked the mind :

"My dear mind, do you want to become friends with me ?"

and saw the face of a Templar Knight cropping up and I heard :

"Are you sure ?"

That was far out and it was only the first time that I did this, in class.

I have so many other experiences that nowadays it has become pretty normal for me to seek the advice of the mind when I have to take decisions, or many other questions I have.

The key is to become friends with your mind first, many people have minds that are their greatest enemy.

Anyway, I made a short video in which I explain all of this, kinda step by step guide of how to do this and I want to share this with you and I like to know if there are dreamers out there who followed the instructions and came up with experiences, here is the link to the video :

I must say that this type of inner communication is really far out, magick and the key to a mystic way of living you never knew before, it will help you as long as you are friends with the mind !!

I just uploaded another video on youtube of how to communicate with the mind, this deals more with the false ego, which is our greatest enemy inside, I forgot to say these kind of things in the first video as I recorded it in one take and spontaneously, here is the link :

the false ego is out for our destruction and as such it makes us do all the wrong decisions and actions we take in our life, it is a great hindrance to our goals, further I explain of what we are made of, which stuff, like the elements, subtle and gross elements, anyway, take a look and if you already saw my first video, I know for sure that this one is of great help.
I came up with an example about the legal marijuana sale in Holland as I was improvising and this came to mind.
