I understand where you're coming from, and I do realise my analogy was overly simple.  I should have elaborated on it more, I guess.  I said before I'm not an occultist, this is just my point of view (so it's about as useful as whatever the Easter Bunny has to say about quantum mechanics).  My point of view is probably a lot more like unschooled philosophy than anything else, but I see daemons as just as natural as us.  Here I go with another over-simplified analogy, but I think it's appropriate, though very simple, but if an animal eats a fruit with seeds, and then the seeds come out the other end in tact, encased in a nice little package of fertiliser, and a tree grows from that, the tree is just as natural as the one that bore the fruit.  So, if we perform actions or take a mental attitude that creates a "daemon", isn't the daemon merely a manifestation of our emotional or mental state at the time?  Of course, what I've said here ignores the "seed" from the analogy, so we assume the "seed" came from another daemon, and we now have a "the chicken or the egg?" scenario.  (I'm aware that evolution logically dictates the egg came first because what laid the first egg wasn't quite the chicken, but it's the concept of the question I want)  We aknowledge that the egg is just as natural as the chicken that laid it, and it's up to our personal beliefs as to how natural the chicken actually is.  In most religions, the god(s) created the chicken, just as it/they created people.  "Created" implies something is un-natural, but many people regard humans as natural.  Of course, in reality, whether or not something is natural isn't that important in the end.  The important part is that it exists, and has a place in the universe.  Houses we build are un-natural, yet they exist and have their place.  Therefore, whether or not daemons are natural, they exist and, in the same way that all things that exist do, they have a place.  It may not have been a place designed for them, but the land wasn't designed for a multi-storey shopping centre either.

Regarding my saying that we are the same as daemons because we consume and exist, I wasn't reffering to consuming natural resources or animals to sustain ourselves, but allow yourself for a moment to consider that a daemon may be in some kind of trouble itsself - choose any trouble you like, maybe "underworld politics" or something more dire that threatens it's existence - and so it gets the idea to work on a human until the human decides to summon it and ask for a favour.  The daemon may be willing to oblige the favour, because of what it gets out of the deal.  It may get something that could help it, and thus it consumes what we offer, or if we try to screw it over, us, to survive/exist, just as we, who may also be in a desperate time in our life, consume what the daemon gives us, so we can go on existing.  That of course, doesn't exclude the fact that some are pure evil and will try to take from people without giving anything in return, or perhaps try and abuse the deal, or trick us; but people have been doing that to eachother for as long as deception has existed (and it's one of the first things people realise we can do when we first develop our "theory of mind").

There we go, I've just successfully rambled for what is probably just over the size of a pathetic little fortune-cookie of an assignment I should be writing at the moment (a laughable 250 words for my Short Stories class if anyone's curious).  Chances are I've contradicted myself once or twice (although I don't often do that) and I might have left a sentence hanging as I got sidetracked or something.  Meh, this isn't academic writing, so I'm not very strict on myself.  Like I said, this point of view should be about as useful to anyone as the Easter Bunny's view on quantum mechanics.

One persistent theme I am seeing in your posts about demons is that they are "natural" , evil is NOT natural , it is accidental, evil does not exist simply because you did something "bad" and someone called it evil.

     Evil exists because throughout thousands of years of history mankind has lost contact with the natural flow of life and energy which connects us all, this seperation, imbalance, discord, incongruency has created energy over atime that was not originally a part of the universe or a part of the All and it is therefore unnatural. Being created by unnatural and accidental means it is therfore outside of the universe or the matrix of life.

    The understanding of lifeforce and evils as it applied to the Occult is a combination of metaphysics, philosophy, quantum physics and spirituality.

Metaphysics refers to concepts of reality vs non-reality, who and what we are in relation to the definitions of reality, philosophy refers to concepts of life,  existence and our relationship to it, quantum physics refers to concepts of science, energy, what can be measured and how it relates to explanations of the unknown and finally spiritualty refers to the realm of spirit, which is niether science or philosophy.

    To understand the metaphysics in relation to evil one must understand the concepts of energy. The concepts of energy as it relates to life is a theory of quantum physics. All things are energy in constant motion, this means EVERYTHING is composed of energy, physical; our bodies, the Earth, trees, rocks etc. even our thoughts and feelings are energy in motion. Intention is energy given direction, desire is energy focused and magnified and so on.

   The universal law of metaphysics states that like attracts like, or in other words energy tends to attract and influence energy. Since we are energy we are affected by all things around us. Nothing that is alive is outside of the circle of creation, all natural energies are connected and intertwined and therefore all of life and creation share living energy that is constant.

  Evil is NOT a natural energy, remember it was created accidentally and was not intended to exist , is not alive and is therefore OUTSIDE of the circle of creation, since it is not alive it must perpetually feed to continue to exist and this is its' sole purpose which it does extremely well.

   For evil to enter the circle of creation which it does frequently and continuoulsy  it must have a HUMAN contact or conduit , this is known as a SLAVE and MASTER relationship, the human is the slave whether he beleives he is or not. The human may be aware of his realtionship with evil and willingly participate or may be deceived or by Primary evil and often deveived by a human agent or secondary evil. Evil truly has NO interest in the welfare of humanity other than the energy we are made of; this energy is FOOD for evil and it will go to any and all lengths to aquire it because it must continuously take it to exist.

 Thisis not the same "food" which you and I consume such as fruit and vegetables or meat and cheese, here I use the word "food" as an anology to understand the correlation between evil and the aquisition of our life force energy .

 Evil has nothing to do with eating fruit and "seeds coming out the other end" evil as it relates to us as human beings represents one thing and one thing only the loss of our life force energy which equates to death.

 How does evil aquire a willing human contact through whom it may aquire energy ? Most likely through deception and trickery, lies and illusions, evil will be anything and anyone you want it to be to gain your trust and cooporation; it will tell you it is the spirit of your beloved Grandmother,  the Virgin Mary, Buddha, Jesus Christ, the spirit of a long dead Indian Spirit guide or the Mystical Princess of Atlantis, whatever you want to hear or beleive, it will prey on those who are disillusioned to begin with, those who are spiritually weak or lost, those who are already psychically or mentally unbalanced.

 Evil most often works through a human conduit who may claim to be  a Guru, spiritul leader or some other charismatic individual who will attract more people with life force energy which it will take and consume. Evil may deceive it's victim into giving up their life force energy "in the name of a cause or noble purpose" through suicide take it forcefully  through torture in which it can slowly extract energy by instilling fear and pain.

    Here are some historic examples or individuals and events that ocurred which were perpetuated by evil and orchestrated by mankind:

The Salem Witch Trials in which hundreds of innocent people were tortured and murdered in the name of "God" and "Christianity" for being unholy.

The Spanish Inquisition, again an event in history in which thousands of innocent people were tortured and murdered in the name of the "Catholic Church" and Holiness.

Nazi Germany and Adolf Hitler; Millions of people were tortured and murdered in the name of "purity" and "righteousness" who was the slave of evil in this event ?

Jim Jones and the Peoples Temple in Jonestown Guyana where thousands of innocent people including children committed mass suicide in the name of "religion ??" following Jim Jones dictate who was most likely uknowingly in partnership with evil, believing he was doing the work of "God"

David Koresh and the Branch Davidians of Waco Texas; Davide Koresh was an excommunicated Seventh Day Adventists who was extremely charismatic and pursuasive, beleiving that the end of the world near in accordance wit the book of Reveleations of the Holy Bible, was responsible for the death of hundreds of innocent men, women and children, including law enforcement officials.

    These horrible events in history were literally feasts of evil in which massive amounts of life force energy were consumed, feeding evil and perpetuating its' existence

   There are plenty more examples of how evil aligns itself with humanity for the purpose of aquiring energy, this aquisition always ends in death, the SLAVE knowing he must continue to supply energy will eventually be taken as well.

   The world is filled with similar examples on a smaller scale in which individuals suffer at the hands of others who are unknowingly or voluntarily in partnership with evil for one reason or another, however they are always the SLAVE, for evil has NO compassion, NO altruism and NO loyalty to anyone.

   Relationships with evil are not a mutual exchange, perhaps for a brief time the willing participant may beleive they are receiving rewards of power, great wisdom, influence over others or some other promise but thisis all a part of the selfish deception thta evil creates to continue feeding on our energy and destroying life.

   I hope this defnition provides a clear understanding of what is defined as natural vs unnatural, simply because something exists does not make it natural, evil is much larger than you or I ,but is unable to affect us unless invited or given permission .

  We must constantly ask ourselves "are our beliefs based on illusion or truth ?" Listen to our gut and inner wisdom to tell us if what we are being told or asked to do feels right , we are given the wisdom of the All, the circle of creation to learn from if we only listen, Always ask questions.
