A lot of the things you said about the thoughts and paranoia seem descriptive of psychosis to me. Through various support groups I have met and gotten to know many people who have suffered from some kind of psychosis. And the constant thoughts that you are being monitored, etc definitely fit in there.

But as mentioned, you would want to see a psych for that. Might be a good idea to see if they classify it the same way.

Yeah, it was definately a psychosis, as I had in 2002-2004 also, two in that period.

I mean, I saw curtains moving, my shower curtain moving while I was taking a shower, I saw images, demons appearing on the carpet and on the walls, I heard a lot of things and I even heard the water talking sinister things to me while my brother was taking a shower (the shower room is next to the room I was living in at that time). The moving sound of the streaming water, there were voices talking in the same rhythm, it was amazing, and these are just a few examples of what happened.

Anyway, I am good now  

I've had similar experiences of occult nature. I don't want to write about them because they are both spiritual, personal, and somewhat unnerving. The mind is truly powerful. We don't really understand much about it or the physical world we live in. I would advise to be skeptical, but even that is sometimes hard when you experience the other-side.
