this is something very weird but i really do feel it. they way it happens to em is something so very confusing that it is tough to put them into words. but i'm trying.

at times, at the midst of a situation, while talking to someone or doing something either all by alone or with someone, I feel that exactly same thing as is happening now has happened already.

in earlier days i used to ignore this. in fact, these sensations were not so frequent that I have to remember to ignore them.

i used to make myself see reasons thinking that something similar might have happened before, which i do not remember. my becoming conscious of it made things even worse for me.

now if i have such feeling that i've had already experienced this, i try to test myself as to my feeling about what may happen. things happening in the same way even after this, i really get confused. does it happen to everybody? or. am i getting insane?

Look up DajaVu.  Otherwise get out the straight jacket.  LOL

I get Deja Vu very frequently. It does feel weird, but over time, I learned to use it as a sign. The last time it happened, I was talking to my mom about changing my name, but I was unsure. That's when my deja vu hit. I felt that I have talked about it my mom before the EXACT same way. My Deja Vu is usually a familiar sense of sight, followed by feeling. Seeing something triggers it, then that's when I feel the familiarity. If I look away, it loses the familiarity but I still feel it.

After it went away, I told my mom that I was positive about changing my name because I had the feeling that we decided on the plan we were talking about. I have no idea why it happens or when, sometimes it happens randomly. The weirdest experience I've had was pulling up to a restaurant, Looking at a brick wall triggered my deja vu. It was totally unrelated to anything, even as I think back, so i'm not sure why we get it. We just do.

My friends and I have a theory about deja vu...we think it could possibly be a very short-range precognitive flash, literally happening in the millisecond before the event itself transpires.  Whatever it is, it is a very common phenomenon and not anything harmful, so don't worry about your sanity!
