Is it right to practice witchcraft against other peoples will?

If you are concerned about someone else sending you a spell, ignore it and it will go away. Be sure your own sensitivities are protected and grounded.

If you are sending out spells, be sure of what you are doing as it has a karmic response.

That depends on what you mean by practicing witchcraft against other people's will.

To perform spells on or for other people without their express permission or even against their known will is wrong.

To practice witchcraft yourself in a more general sense, but with the disapproval of other people that don't agree with it or understand it, is fine. Many people hate all witchcraft and would like to impose their will on those that practice it, but that doesn't make it wrong for them to do what they want as long as they aren't harming anyone with it.
