I suggest doing Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram daily. It not only banishes unwanted energy around you, but also strengthens your aura. You can also make a lot of use for this because this is the foundation of Ceremonial magic, but if you are of a different path, just try it out and see how it works for you.

Pentagram was an overused referent to the power of 5 directions
and thereby the associate elements of Western Pagan. I like the:
Western Elements OK and Asian elements are similar to runic on
premise the Western Runic element Metal was not the same as #
Chinese Zodiac element Wood.  Basic rune casting and spells can
be fun if you don't advance beyond your way of common casting.
The element Spirit will be helpful with Spirit Ways summon and I,
don't recommend trying to summon spirits or less wanted demon

Deity and the role proper Magic Deity will allow guide and prayer
with candles and incense (I still like candles) moderately and safe.
