My name is benjamin and I was born 12-30-1975 but I hate life I hate this existance its always a problem and the rewards of this life are never enough to make up for all the bad I feel..what is going on with my angels..does god hate me or what..

God does not hate you...

I believe I sent you a post Pravin sent on here... life is not all good always ..and sometimes we give and we get what we give ...

My grannie use to tell me when i was sad ... to find my happy spot and hold it ..hold it tight into my heart and nobody could take the happy spot ... well if u hold enough happy thoughts in your heart ..eventually you are full of happy thoughts ..and even might share them ...

There has to be something that makes Ben happy... look deep inside ..
maybe its grandmas fried chicken? or the way the air smells right before a hard rain... how about the sound of a creek bed as the water trinkles down streem... everyone has soemthing ..we just over look the little things in life that make us happy...

I go for a walk in the woods and i leave all the negative things behind ..i walk briskly as i walk to the woods ..once i get to the woods NO BAD THOUGHTS can enter with me... i clear my head and meditate ... u should try this its a wonderful moment.
