You need praxis, if you want recognize it. And compare different publications. Mostly older autors,.

dark teacings such as necromancy and summonings et c. How do you knoe the "book" and ritual practises in it are real or made up.

If someone has knowledge why would they sell it to you for the price of a book?
Even the most popular magic book would not more than a thousnad a year - if that (most books sell less than 1,000 copies in total).
Multiply that by what the author gets and it's not such a great return for selling you this 'knowledge'.
Sorry if it bursts your balloon, but if these 'authors' really could do it then they would not the income from writing about it.
