Does anyone here know anyone who claims that they can orb,physically move themselves from one place to another? Someone told me they know someone who has enough power to do this. But i have never heard of such being done,but instead that this is not something that anyone can do at all.

The same person who told me they know someone that can orb also told me that you can reach a deep state of meditation and be able to astral out of ones own body without going to sleep. Is this true? because so far ive only done so while sleeping.
