I found this on a website under the title Witches Rune. It was just listed there with no explanation. I was wondering what it would be used for or if it just a saying or something to that affect. I was wanting to use it before a ritual/spell casting and I was wondering if it would be effective. If anyone has any information on it, please let me know.

Come ye as the charge is made.
Queen of heaven, Queen of hell
Send your aid unto the spell.
Horned Hunter of the night
Work my will by magick right.

As do I say "So mote it be."
By all the might of moon and sun
