How many times have you wanted to lay a curse on someone believing they have hurt you or those you love to the point of drastic retaliation?
and having done so find the backlash on yourself and inner circle to be at the very least disagreeable?
So where did you lay the blame for the backlash?an error in the curses execution? or maybe the person has to much of a strong will for the action to be effective?
I myself have travelled this road and the awnsers are never easy to accept.
For myself I have found that severity leads to severity,you cant change evil behaviour with evil behaviour.
No matter how good the intentions might be,because when asking for justice the one asking gets it first.
I think its because the one who intends is the standard to which the other will be held>I=I   HMMMMMMMMMM  what do you think?

What ye send out will return thricefold?

I think that we can send Love from our being with our thoughts, no matter how far
away our loved ones are.

I also think that feelings of anger and revenge, especially curses that directed towards
others do not have this strength, but booomerangs and comes back to us, only threefold,
if we are lucky.

It is hard work not to fall into this pattern when we are slighted or wounded by another.
But if we do...  we keep the fight alive, and it grows into something way worse. Then
WE are equally responsible for the negative feelings coming back to us.  

"Let it go"  is good advise.  I admit it is not easy to send light and love to someone who
intentionally hurts us... but it works ... it changes our own energy from intense to soft
and that makes this is a gift we have given to ourselves...

I belive that curses & revenge are not the way to go either, so I would rather have a spell cast to ask the universe to make the person causing the harm to understand what they're doing & to stop.

That way no harm comes to the person causing you problems & you & your loved ones can get on with life peacefully.

The best way to defeat an enemy is to love and forgive him or her.

That said, the original questions seems meaningless.  At the highest metaphysical level, there is no good, no evil--only what works and what does not.  And, at the highest level, there is no separation--we are ALL One--hence, what one does to another, one does to oneself.
