i think its agreed that what you send out only comes back to you worse. This said, its still sad and worrisome on so many levels that there are some people out there who would resort to black magick in an effort to get what they want - whether revenge, love, payback, etc at the drop of a hat without thought or consequence. In the parts of the region i live in - its almost a way of life. Its sad that these people do not know of the existence of karma and their only worry is escaping the law.

well think about this if one link breaks in a chain the whole chain will fall. why should many suffer for the amusement of one, I say everything happens for a reason, and if one has a reason for hurting others then one should have a reason for being hurt back. The scales of justice must be balanced

I'd just like to add that in my tradition, magic has no color but it is the intent of the practioner that brings that.

Dealing with anger, disapointment, jealousy or whatever may be driving someone to want to hex someone else can often be as simple as recognizing and acknowledging the feeling and the action that caused it and remembering that people make mistakes.

Forgiving someone for harming you is not always easy but it can often be easier than undoing or living with the harm you send out
