This Spell Flat Out Works.

Enter the garden from what ever direction "Feels Right".  drop to your knees saying "Blessed Be".  Find a plant that you want to bring attention too. Slowly pluck all weeds and things you see in a clockwise direction about nine inches wide. When done with one plant move on to another.  Drink Iced Tea, every two hours during this labor,  facing South saying "blessed be".

Do this for 3 days a week, for 7 weeks, and your plants will thrive.

Beats the hell out of any other spell you could do? Unless of course you "magickly visualised" a well defined, pruned, and thriving garden?
