Jai, I wouldn't recommend buying or making a ouija board to contact spirits, there are many easier and better ways.  Are you trying to contact someone or are you trying to use the power?

There are many sites online that sell and give details of how to make them, try searching, but make sure that is what you really want.

Do you meditate, or know how to ground and protect yourself etc?

Jai the simplest board is the alphabet written on pieces of paper, also you need a piece with YES and a piece with No written on them.
Place round the edge of a very clean, shiny table, get a glass and clean it well. I found you need 2 or 3 three with their fingers on the glass and another on writing down the letters.
Mostly you will get rubbish, sometimes you will get something frightening and sometimes you will summon a spirit - these are normally not friendly spirits.
Do it if you want but I've had great success and also frightened myself so much that I ran out of the room.
Be careful, be very very careful.
However I did find my guide this way, it took a lot of searching and I was lucky but we clicked on first contact and he has never let me down.
