Absolute snap about walking into a crowd and knowing how they all feel, the worst for me is when they are projecting so hard or feel just so horrible that its sooo intense for me I really have to do a check and make sure its not coming from me as it slams into me and feels extremely personal.
The internet is a crazy thing!
Some sites I can't even visit - its the same as walking into a super huge angry crowd of ppl - alot it transferred through the internet and esp through ppls posts!

hahahahahhahahahahaa!!! I can imagine the kids must hate it!!! hahaha!!

Yes Rose !

I had to actually stop using a Forum due to the energies they were putting out to each other.. but they were more into the my dog is bigger than your dog .. than helping others
very well versed in metaphysics but it was a competition.

Is there any way to discharge the energy or to use it for a certain purpose, preventing you from feeling bogged down energetically all the time?

Hello Coloatura !

there are several methods to shield yourself from the energies..

Most of what I use is Visual. Everyone is different and has to find what works for them..

1. see yourself in a white light bubble bouncing their energy back away from you.

2.center yourself and see your self ground and rooted like a tree with the roots extending down into the ground.. so that what you take on goes to the earth and is then recycled for positive things.

3. what you may come up with.

Normally I do not take on their energy and try to change it or recycle it myself.. now someone here might have an idea for you.

Know exactly what you mean, had the same thing at another forum, was very much how you described - so concerned in proving their own experiences and knowledge and never talking to the newbies...also just seemed kinda 'dark'...
