Do magic spells really work or are they just a bluff, this is something I've always wondered about it.

If you really know what your doing, and practice, practice, practice, practice, practice,
and meditate everyday~!!

You may use magic for protection, but never curse unless you are the victim of wrongdoing...

Hello Nicole, So what your saying is that magic works, what I don't understand is what has meditating got to do with it, can you do it without meditating and I do understand that you need to practice, and can you use it to help others.

"Bluff"? Who or what would one bluff? You either do magick or you don't--unless you are talking about placebo magick, which is something else.

If you are talking about the silly practice of lying, telling someone you are going to curse them as a puerile mind-game--don't waste your time. If you really want to curse someone--which I do not recommend, mainly because it takes a lot of time and energy which could be better used--why tell them? That would only enable them to take defensive measures.

If you are a "lousy" magican then there is a big advantage if you tell them that you have cursed them....the belief will do it.
Our brain is a funny thing, if the right or wrong thought get its place it can either build you up or wear you down, so if you hit the right person with curse talk, they do all the damage for themself.
