a complete full reading requires one to affirm ( full name at birth) first middle last MONTH DAY YEAR (for here in the west we write the month first) so because for differences add either( sun sign or month written out .. these which i have just written are for the most part mandatory ...the following above can be added to increase accuracy

also COMMON NAME:/SHORTEN AND SCREEN NAME : place of birth / current localization / time ..of birth / ..date and time that question being asked came to mind......male or female
