I am looking to buy a new house and have looked into some projects. Me and my wife would both invenst into this house. How should we compute the compatibility of the project with both of us?

i.e should we look into the total of the project name with our individual names/date of birth or compare the grand total of our names with the projects.

My Name : vandan Vasant Kulkarni DOB 4th July 1973
Wife's Name : Srishti Vandan Kulkarni DOB 15th Dec 1977

I would also calculate the address of the house in to this. All of those numbers will let us know if this is what you are needing. The address should include the street number and street name. I will need to know what you mean by "Compatible" before I calculate, or any one calculates the numbers for you. We would need to know what it is exactly you are looking for as far as the word compatible is concerned. Also, the exact date the house was built would also be beneficial. You might also look into astrology reading for something like this as well.
