Any one with experience can tell me how accurate/inaccurate a numerology report  could be using an adotive name where the birth name is unknown???

If your adoptive name has been used since you can understand, then this is your name... irrespective of any name you were given at birth which you don't know.  You resonate and answer to the name you are being called.

Your name given at birth which is on your birth certificate in this instance would affect your underlying subconsicous and have subtle influences on your life, but your predominant name would be in this case your adoptive name.

Is there any possibility that you can see your birth certificate?

Then what about cases where people re-spell their names to make it numerologically compatible ?

Very interesting. If I use the name my adoptive parents gave me then it's just OK. However if I use my birth name (I have 2 birth certificates) then I become something very different indeed. I always use my secret name when I think about me.
