Another interesting tid bit of info on this particular number combination I remember from a song by Tool by the title Forty-six and 2, which references a fascinating theory by a man named Drunvalo Melchizedek. Here is the wikipedia info on the title of the song:
| Quote: |
| The title references an idea first conceived by Drunvalo Melchizedek concerning the possibility of reaching a state of evolution at which the body would have two more than the normal 46 total chromosomes and leave a currently disharmonious state. The premise is that humans would deviate from the current state of human DNA which contains 44 autosomes and 2 sex chromosomes. The next step of evolution would likely result in human DNA being reorganized into 46 and 2 chromosomes, according to Melchizedek. |
The song is about transformation through the darkness and "shedding skin," which I think relates also to another of Melchizedek's theories about the "Earth's Kundalini or Serpent of Light"
I know this may or may not be numerology related, but it is a good tid bit of association with this number. Because of this song I always associate this number combination with true transformation, represented in the form of a snake shedding its old skin to face what had been hiding underneath in the light, and allowing that change to form, making way for it.
(maybe this all sounds kinda dumb, but this is also my favorite song of life, ever)
