Hi, my birth month is February and my year is 1982 which will be 2 and a 2, but I'm not sure if should I reduce it to a 4 for my fourth pinnacle cycle? Or I just let it be as 22 and not add them? Thanks.

your fourth pinnacle is a four   again you reduce the three parts of the date of birth to single digits  and for some master numbers are reduced here as well
